In Zarqa, Muhannad Hussein turned obstacles into opportunity. Although he could not complete his university studies, his future transformed when he joined CFYE & MadfoatCom’s training program, gaining his first structured learning in digital payments and compliance.
Soon after, he became a MadfoatCom agent, processing over 2,800 transactions in his first month and quickly earning the trust of his community. Today, Muhannad is focused on expanding his services and advancing digital inclusion, proving that determination and opportunity can spark real change.

MadfoatCom Signs New Initiative to Empower Youth and Women in the Digital Economy
We are proud to share that MadfoatCom has signed a new initiative under the Digital Enablement and Employment Program, funded by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) through the Youth, Technology, and Jobs (YTJ) Project, and managed by the DigiSkills Association.
This strategic project aims to strengthen Jordan’s digital workforce by delivering targeted capacity-building and employment opportunities for youth and women in underserved communities. Participants will be equipped with critical digital, technical, and employability skills, enabling them to access meaningful work and thrive in Jordan’s evolving digital economy.
We are delighted to announce the official launch of the CFYE Top-Up Project, reaffirming MadfoatCom’s continued commitment to youth employment in Jordan.
Through this top-up phase, we are set to achieve the following employment milestones:
50 new jobs created directly within MadfoatCom
250 employment matches facilitated with trusted partner organizations
200 youth onboarded as local agents to expand financial inclusion across underserved communities
Together, these outcomes will generate 500 direct employment opportunities, furthering our mission of equipping young people with the skills, networks, and livelihoods they need to thrive.
As we approach the final stages of the CFYE project, we are proud to report exceptional performance across all key metrics.
MadfoatCom Launches Second Project Under MoDEE’s Digital Enablement & Employment Program
We are proud to announce that MadfoatCom has officially signed its second project under the Digital Enablement and Employment Program, a national initiative funded by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) through the Youth, Technology, and Jobs (YTJ) Project, and managed by DigiSkills Association.
This strategic partnership reinforces our commitment to creating future-ready career pathways for Jordanian youth. By focusing on digital enablement within our own organization, this new phase will empower young professionals at MadfoatCom through targeted technical training, soft skills development, and role-based upskilling programs.
The project is designed to support career progression opportunities for our youth employees, enabling them to thrive in a fast-evolving digital economy.
